About Us
KIDS Learning Centre is a safe place for children with learning difficulties to discover how they learn. Equipped with well trained dyslexia teachers, one on one learning environment, and carefully set instructional plans all children learn to read and write in a healthy learning environment. Children with dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, visual and auditory processing needs, attention needs are served here by dedicated teachers and structured environment.
This is the place where children with learning needs discover themselves, the way they learn and they learn to face the world.
What is Dyslexia?
They are our bright and smart children, except when they have to read, write , spell or do math calculations. Their problems show up only in the classroom academic activities and make their teachers and parents wonder if they are acting or faking it. Children may have difficulties in learning, processing language or behaviour issues as a result of dyslexia.
For Whom?
KIDS learning Centre is for these children who don't know how they learn. Research proven methods are used to teach children to read, write , spell and do math. Children are first identified by an assessment if they have dyslexia. They may have problems in reading and spelling (Dyslexia), problems in writing (Dysgraphia), problems in math (Dyscalculia) If they do, step by step intervention is planned for their complete recovery in learning.
Duration
How long they need classes will depend on the needs of the individual child.
The classes can be one hour remedial classes, part time remedial school and full time remedial school depending on the needs of the individual child. When intervention is given at an early age the child will be able to cope with mainstream school .
Success Stories
We have a lot of children returning to mainstream school every year after a 6 months to one year remedial program.In the past two decades more than 600+ children have returned to mainstream school, completed their schooling, completed college and placed in jobs.
